    Hi. I have this embarrassing problem called gynecomastia. What are my choices in limiting it or eliminating it ? I have had it for the last 8 years

    @James, where are you from ? I think you need a surgery to eliminate this problem ? Consult a nearby doctor. Gynecomastia is common among elderly men, particularly when there is associated weight gain.

    Liposuction on manboobs is called gynecomastia liposuction and is carried out successfully many times around the world every day. In the UK it is one of the fast growing types of cospmetic surgery.
