What is Gynecomast
ia?
Gynecomastia is male breast enlargement. The condition can happen to babies, adolescents, and the elderly. The cause is not 100% confirmed, although some studies show an imbalance of sexual hormones being the cause. Living with gynecomastia is not harmful, but in some incidents, could be an indicator of another serious underlying condition. If the cause is due to obesity, diet and exercise will help to reduce, but may not eliminate the problem. The end result could be loose hanging skin which could be brought back to shape under a cosmetic surgeon’s care.
Gynecomastia Liposuction
Gynecomastia Liposuction decreases tissue in the breast area in that it suctions out excess fat. Patients will be put under general anesthesia. If excessive glandular tissue is the cause of the condition, it will be removed using a scalpel. An incision is made in an inconspicuous area, then the surgeon removes excess skin, fat and excess tissue with the use of liposuction techniques. If the cause of the condition is due to excessive fatty tissue, a small hollow tube called a cannula will be utilized to break up fat layers and suction them out.
Cost
The cost of breast reduction liposuction alone is about $3,305. This price will vary depending on geographical location, skill of the surgeon, and other medical costs. After adding in additional prices, the total charge could range from $3,500 to $6,000.
Recovery
Whether the patient has had liposuction or an excision with a scalpel, there will be some pain after the surgical treatment. The doctor will prescribe medicine to control the pain. Some minor side effects include swelling and bruising. An elastic pressure garment will need to be worn to help with the swelling. Final results of the operation can be seen within 3 months. In the meantime, individual’s can resume normal activities the same day as the surgery and could return to work within 2 days. Sutures will be removed one to two weeks following surgery.
Results
Results of the gynecomastia reduction treatment are permanent. Patients who have undergone the gynecomastia liposuction usually report of feeling more self-confident. If the individual’s expectations are realistic, chances are excellent that they’ll be satisfied with their new and improved appearance.

I would really love to have liposuction done to my chest. I am not really a fat guy but I do have some fat in that region that I just can never seem to get off. Is it common for males to have this kinda thing done for the chest?

The method to decrease yur breast is focused on more muscle growth and fat loss so chances rise for beautiful skin as well as a younger appearance. Not a gamble with all these little spots. Not a gamble at all. Possibly in the future it’ll look even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to loon your best for complete confidence. The treatment’s strengths are its effectiveness. If those sound compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Gynecomastia Lipo is a scary thing. Just thinking of the incisions for the probes gives me jitters
There are laser non surgical liposuction methods available now. It’s a bit costly, but male breast size reduction can perfectly and easily be handled using laser devices!
